PERSONAL CAR / HIRED CAB ::
Distance from Delhi to Camp is 245 kms and usually takes about 5-6 hrs.
- Buses bigger than 27-seater buses are not allowed in the hilly areas.
- Road leading to the camp remains closed between 8 PM to 6 AM.
BY BUS ::
One can take an overnight Bus from New Delhi for Rishikesh and use local transport to reach Camp Wildex.Tickets can be booked online from redbus.in and one can avail Extended Packages (Early check-in).
BY TRAIN ::
A train can be taken till Haridwar and thereafter a vehicle can be hired to the campsite.

BY PLANE ::
A vehicle can be hired from Airport to the camp and would take nearly an hour.
Jet Airways, Spicejet and Air India operate flights between DEL and DED throughout the day.

CANCELLATION POLICY ::
In case of cancellation, following cancellation charges shall be applicable:- 15+ days: 25% Cancellation Charges
- 7 - 15 days: 50% Cancellation Charges
- Less than 7 days: 100% Cancellation Charges, No refund.
In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS ::
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by payment of Non-refundable Advance.
- Balance Due(if any) must be paid before Check-in.
- All packages are ‘group packages’ and same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.
- Total package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
- Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.
- We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made.
- Wildex reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)
- By Road: You can travel by personal car or hired cab. Campsite is about 245 kms from Delhi and usually takes about 6-7 hrs.
- By Bus: You can take a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh. And from Rishikesh Bus stand you can either take a local jeep/cab or hire a bike.
- By Train: You can take a train till Haridwar and from there you can hire a local jeep/cab for the camp.
- By Air: There are Daily flights from New Delhi to Jolly Grant (nearest airport) and thereafter a local jeep/cab for the camp.
- T-shirts & shorts
- Floaters / sandals preferably with ankle straps for rafting
- Sport Shoes for trekking & rope activities
- Sunglasses / spectacles with cords / straps so that you don't lose them
- Personal toilet articles like towel, etc.
