We are committed to provide the services as per the contract of the package tours under normal circumstances only. All tour and land arrangements are subject to our inability to provide the same as a result of acts of God, acts of governments or authorities, wars, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, epidemics, quarantines, delays in construction or completion of facilities or as a result of any other causes beyond our control. We incur no liability to provide any services confirmed, if such inability is due to any of the causes listed above and no refund shall be made.

We reserve rights of changing the itinerary for smooth operations or to enhance the guest experience. In case of alternation, omission due to reasons beyond our control (although every effort would be made to provide the services as per the schedule) will not be liable for any claims. We will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, accident, death, injury etc; of any nature. There shall be no refund in the event of delays or cancellations causes shortened trips.

If due to any unavoidable circumstances or by acts of god or any other reason beyond our control if wildex is unable to provide the services, in such an event Wildex reserves the right to cancel any booking at any point of time, refund of the unavailed services will be made.

Clients are requested to follow the directions given by the Camp manager, activity guide/ staff during their stay. Routine do’s and don’ts are also mentioned on the notice boards in the camp area.

Safety is the central focus of every expedition. We have continuously set the standards in this field for conducting safe and successful programming. All our equipment is quality gear and all our guides have experience in first aid and are all trained in advanced rescue techniques.

• All bookings are strictly subject to availability and confirmation by payment of Non-refundable Advance.
• All our packages are ‘group packages’ and same services/items are applicable for each person in the group.
• Total package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
• Any meal, activity or service not availed by the client will not be adjusted in the package cost.
• We entertain only those persons at the campsite for whom the booking has been made. No additional persons will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Wildex reserves the right to alter or cancel any trip depending upon the prevailing conditions.

CANCELLATION POLICY::
In case of cancellation, following cancellation charges shall be applicable:

• 30 days & more: No Cancellation charges
• 16‐30 days: 25% Cancellation Charges
• 7‐15 days: 50% Cancellation Charges
• Less than 7 days: 100% Cancellation Charges, No refund.

In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.

Travel Insurance
We recommend our clients to take travel insurance for their travel risks.
